(a) The following rules and regulations shall be adopted relative to the use of the “Lagoons” property:
(1) The “Lagoons” property shall be opened from dawn to dusk. There shall be no one permitted on the premises after dusk unless otherwise authorized by Council.
(2) There shall be no swimming, boats, rafts or any other watercraft in the pond.
(3) There shall be no camping on the premises unless otherwise authorized by Council.
(4) There shall be no loud music emanating from any device, including but not limited to radios, boom boxes, amplifiers, or motor vehicles.
(5) All animals must be on a leash.
(6) Motor vehicles shall not be permitted anywhere on the premises except in the parking area.
(7) There shall be no fires or open burning on the premises unless otherwise authorized by Council.
(8) There shall be no firecrackers or fireworks on the premises unless otherwise authorized by Council.
(9) There shall be no alcoholic beverages on the premises unless otherwise authorized by Council.
(10) There shall be no ice fishing or ice skating on the premises.
(b) Any violation of these rules shall constitute a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
