The following terms as used in the regulations herein shall mean:
(a) "Park" or "Parks" or "Reserve" means any and all land owned or controlled by the Council of the Village of Wakeman, or its designated representative.
(b) "Village" means the Village of Wakeman, Ohio.
(c) "Ranger" means any certified law enforcement officer employed by the Village of Wakeman.
(c) "Council" means the Council of the Village of Wakeman or its designated representative.
(e) "Person" includes any natural person, persons, members of partnerships and/or members or officers of a corporation and/or their employees.
