951.99 PENALTY.

The penalty for any violation of any of the within rules shall be the same as its corresponding section of the Ohio Revised Code. In the event there is not a corresponding section of the Ohio Revised Code, the penalty for any violation of any of the within rules shall be an unclassified misdemeanor.
