951.12 GO-CARTS, SWAMP BUGGIES, AND NON-REGISTERED MOTOR VEHICLES.

(a) Operation of Non-Registered Vehicles. No person shall operate, within any Village park property, a go-cart, swamp buggy, mini-bike, or motor vehicle normally considered a race car or any other type of motor vehicle which is not customarily registered with the Department of Motor Vehicles of the State of Ohio.
