951.10 HUNTING, FISHING, AND MOLESTING WILDLIFE.
   (a)   Hunting, Trapping, or Molesting Wildlife. No person, except within designated park areas, shall hunt, pursue with dogs, trap or in any other way molest any wild bird or animal found within the confines of any park property, or rob or molest any nest, or den, or take the eggs or young of any bird or other animal except with the specific written approval of the Council or the Ohio Department of Natural Resources.
   (b)   Hunting and Fishing License Required. Hunting and fishing license issued by the State of Ohio is required where such activity is permitted by the Council.
   (c)   Ohio Department of Natural Resources Hunting and Fishing Regulations. All hunting and fishing Rules and Regulations established by the Ohio Department of Natural Resources must be followed.
   (d)   Fishing Hours and Prohibited Fishing Equipment. The Council may cause such park waters as it deems advisable closed to fishing, and shall post them as being closed. In all other park waters, fishing shall be permitted subject to the statutes of the State of Ohio except that the use of hooks left unattended is prohibited, and fishing shall not be permitted during the hours the park is closed. Fishing hooks are not permitted within 50 feet of any scuba diving marker flag.
