(a) Loitering Near A Toilet Facility. No loitering is permitted near toilet facilities within any property owned by the Village. Loitering includes the following activities: Lingering, hanging around, delaying and moving slowly about, where such conduct is not due to physical defects or conditions.
(b) Public Indecency. No person shall recklessly under circumstances likely to be viewed by and affront others, not members of his or her household, expose his or her private parts, or masturbate, or engage in sexual conduct, or engage in conduct appearing to the ordinary observer to be sexual conduct or masturbation in Village parks.
(e) Soliciting. No person shall solicit to engage in sexual activity for hire in Village parks.
