(a) Use of Intoxicants. No person shall drink, sell, possess, offer for sale or be under the influence of any intoxicating liquor, alcoholic beverage within any Village property.
(b) Use of Alcoholic Beverages in Specific Areas. Permission to possess alcoholic beverages within specific designates portions of the park may be granted by the Council. Special group and family picnics which are restricted to areas not directly related to any of the facilities available to the general public may be granted written permission from the Council to possess alcoholic beverages. Groups using alcoholic beverages must be discreet and behave in such a manner as deemed satisfactory by the Council and/or the Rangers. Unruly conduct and excessive noise will not be tolerated. Alcoholic beverages are restricted from all other areas of any Village property.
(c) Use of Narcotics and Controlled Substances. No person shall knowingly obtain, possess, use, or make gift of narcotics, hallucinogens, harmful inhalant, marijuana, harmful intoxicants, a controlled substance, or drug abuse instruments as defined in chapter 2925 and 3719 of the Ohio Revised Code except as otherwise provided in Ohio Revised Code 2925.11 and 2925.12.
(d) Obtaining, Use or Possession. No person shall knowingly obtain, possess or use a controlled substance or drug abuse instrument including, but not limited to any drug abuse, hallucinogen, controlled substance, inhalant, marijuana, or harmful intoxicant as defined in Chapter 2925 and 3719 of the Ohio Revised Code except as otherwise provided in Ohio Revised Code 2925.11 and 2925.12.
