(a) Carrying of Firearms, Weapons, Explosives, Missiles, Etc. Other than in authorized permitted hunting areas, no person, except rangers or other law enforcement officers, shall carry firearms of any description, air or gas gun, sling shot, explosives, fireworks, or missile throwing device, or other dangerous weapons within or adjacent to the park without specific written permit from the Council.
(b) Discharge of Firearms, Weapons, Explosives, Missiles, Etc. Other than in authorized permitted hunting areas, special programs, or authorized demonstrations, no person, except Rangers or other law enforcement officers, shall discharge or cause to be discharge any firearm, missile, throwing device, fireworks, air, electric or gas horns, explosive substances, corrosive or volatile materials, or air, ray, or gas gun, or other dangerous weapon within or adjacent to the park without specific written permit from the Council.
(c) Using Weapons While Intoxicated. No person while under the influence of alcohol or drugs shall carry or use any firearm or dangerous ordinance within or adjacent to park property.
(d) Discharge of Firearm Over Highway. No person shall discharge a firearm upon or over a public road or highway within or adjacent to park property.
(d) Bows and Arrows. Other than in authorized permitted areas, no person shall release an arrow from a bow, crossbow, or long bow within the park.
