Any permit issued under this chapter may be suspended or revoked by order of the Village Administrator or Council for any violation of the Village Building Code, BOCA, the Ohio Fire Code or this chapter, or for any failure to immediately, upon receiving notice from the Village Administrator, repair or correct any work previously done which may be found in any respect to be defective or unlawful, or upon the existence of evidence reasonably tending to indicate that the permit holder is unqualified to safely perform demolition work.
