725.10 SEVERABILITY.

In the event any provision of any sections of this Chapter shall be declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unconstitutional, such decision shall not affect the validity of this Chapter a whole or any part thereof other than the part so declared to be invalid or unconstitutional.
