The purpose of this section is to establish laws to insure that businesses that have amusement devices and/or similar devices or machines comply with all pertinent regulations. These business regulations are necessary for the health, safety, and welfare of the Village and public. This chapter also requires compliance with tax laws. Compliance with this chapter does not insure that the business is in compliance with State laws, including but not limited to, Ohio R.C. 2915.01, and/or other Village of Wakeman Codified Ordinances, including but not limited to, Village of Wakeman Codified Ordinance Chapter 517.
