Such tax shall be levied, collected and paid with respect to the salaries, wages, commissions and other compensation, lottery, internet cafe, and entertainment device/video arcade and gambling winnings in excess of $10,000.00, and with respect to the net profits of businesses, professions or other activities earned on and after the dates set forth in Section 181.02 above. Council shall determine from time to time whether it is necessary to continue this income tax to promote the necessary funding for the Village. (Ord. 2011-0-36. Passed 2-13-12.)
