The Village Planning Commission shall consist of five members, including the Mayor, one member of the legislative authority to be elected thereby for the remainder of his/her term as such member of the legislative authority, and three electors appointed by the Mayor and approved by the Council for terms of six years each. All such members shall serve without compensation.
