The Zoning Inspector shall inspect any reported or observed violation of the Zoning Code and shall order corrected any and all conditions which are found to be in violation of the Zoning Code. All violations shall be corrected within a period of ten calendar days (beginning the day after the written order is issued), or for a longer period of time as indicated by the Zoning Inspector in a written order. Any violations not corrected within the specified period of time shall be reported to the legal counsel for the Village, who shall initiate prosecution procedures.
