Where allowed in individual zoning districts where residences are permitted, a home occupation may be allowed provided that the following conditions are met:
(a) No more than two people are employed in the home occupation other than residents of the home;
(b) The space devoted to the home occupation shall not exceed twenty-five percent (25%) of the total floor area of the residence, nor shall it occupy more than fifty percent (50%) of a garage or similar accessory building; nor shall any addition be made to the residence to make room for a home occupation and
(c) There shall be no external evidence of the home occupation, except for a single non-illuminated sign of not more than nine square feet made of materials other than plastic, affixed to the residence or accessory building.
