1127.05 JUNK YARDS, JUNK MOTOR VEHICLE STORAGE AND INOPERABLE MOTOR VEHICLE STORAGE.

Junk yards, as defined in Ordinance 98-0-25, are not permitted in any zoning district. Junk motor vehicle storage and inoperable motor vehicle storage are also not permitted within any zoning district. Vehicles meeting the definition of a historical motor vehicle are not included in the same category as junk or inoperable vehicles.
