It is the purpose of this Title Three to provide for the comprehensive zoning of the Village; establish use districts, heights and area regulations; control nonconforming uses; provide for off- street parking; authorize conditional zoning certificates; establish a Board of Zoning Appeals; provide for the administration and enforcement of this Zoning Ordinance; establish a Zoning District Map; establish procedures for amendments thereto; and to repeal existing Zoning Ordinances and resolutions to the Village.
