(a) Full-time employees in any department of the Village shall be compensated an amount not to exceed four hundred fifty dollars and no/100 ($450.00) per calendar year for ordinary and necessary clothing purchased in connection with the performance of said employees’ regular course of employment. All part-time employees in any department of the Village shall be compensated for clothing allowance in an amount not to exceed the following amounts pursuant to the within schedule:
1 years part-time employment | one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) |
2-3 years part-time employment | two hundred dollars ($200.00) |
3 plus part-time years employment | two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) |
(b) All clothing allowance compensation shall be paid on the first payroll date in April.
(c) Reserve police officers are not entitled to receive clothing allowance compensation.
