All authorized training for Village Employees shall be paid out of funds allocable to each respective employee’s department upon presentation of documentary certification substantiating successful completion of each course of study. Should any employee voluntarily or involuntarily terminate employment within one year after completion of any course of study relative to his employment with the Village, then said employee shall reimburse all funds expended by the Village in connection with that course of study. Funds for this purpose shall be withheld from that employee’s final pay check.
