1109.12 SANITARY SEWER AND FACILITIES STANDARDS AND REQUIREMENTS.

No sanitary sewers and group sanitary sewage disposal systems shall be constructed, installed or operated without approval of the Village Administrator, the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency, the Village Council and the Commission. The design, construction and installation shall be according to current standards and specifications adopted by the State Department of Health, Ohio Environmental Protection Agency and the Village.
