§ 111.01 PURPOSE.

The purpose of this chapter is to provide for a Wake County Emergency Medical Services System and for the regulation of other ambulance services in Wake County to the extent not otherwise limited by any municipality regulating ambulance services under G.S. § 153A-250(c).
