(A) Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to the penalty or penalties prescribed in the state statutes or any regulations promulgated thereto by the state or county pertaining to the specific section or sections violated.

(B) Any person violating the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to all the applicable punishment, penalties and equitable relief provided for by G.S. § 153A-123.
