For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
BUSINESS. Any business, trade, occupation, profession, avocation or calling of any kind, subject, by the provisions of this chapter, to filing an application for a license.
ENGAGED IN THE BUSINESS. Engaged in the business as owner or operator of any establishment which carries on or practices the acts or services set forth in § 112.02, whether the principal business of the establishment or incidental to the principal business.
