1321.99 VIOLATIONS AND PENALTY.
   (a)    Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree for a first offense, and a misdemeanor of the second degree for each subsequent offense, as such terms are defined and classified in Chapter 501 in the General Offenses Code of the Village. Such chapter is incorporated by reference into this Chapter 1321 as if fully rewritten herein. Each day the violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense.
   (b)    Each owner, tenant or occupant of any building, structure, premises or part thereof, or any architect, builder, contractor, agent or other person who knowingly commits, participates in, assists or maintains such violation shall be found guilty of a separate offense and is subject to the penalties provided in this chapter.
   (c)    In the event of any violation or imminent threat thereof of any of the provisions of this chapter, the Village, in addition to any other remedies provided by law, may institute a suit for injunction to prevent or terminate such violation.
