1321.05 INSPECTION OF INSTALLATION.

The Village Clerk or other designee of Village Council shall be responsible for the inspection of satellite earth stations during construction and the reinspection of the completed earth satellite station for any structural or electrical deficiencies which may appear or exist. The Village Clerk or other designee of Village Council shall require immediate correction of any such deficiencies.
