1321.01 DEFINITIONS.
As used in this chapter, certain terms are defined as follows:
   (a)    "Satellite earth station" means any antenna of any shape or description designed for the purpose of receiving microwave transmissions directly or indirectly from satellites. "Satellite earth station" shall not include any antenna of any shape or description designed for the purpose of receiving microwave transmissions directly or indirectly from satellites provided:
      (1)    The antenna is no larger than thirty inches in diameter, and
      (2)    The antenna is either attached to the residence which it serves or to an accessory building, or is not clearly visible from inside any neighboring residence. In the event the antenna is clearly visible from inside a neighboring residence, the owner of the antenna shall install such screening of the antenna that will reasonably protect the aesthetic interests of the neighboring property owner, in the same manner that the Village requires screening of other utility structures for aesthetic purposes, but only if such screening will not prevent the antenna from obtaining access to the satellite signals.
