1317.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any provision of this chapter, upon conviction thereof, shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00). Each day that such violation occurs or continues shall constitute a separate offense hereunder.
