1317.07 TEMPORARY FENCES.

The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to any temporary fence enclosing a permitted construction site or any temporary snow fence erected to prevent the drifting of snow provided that such temporary snow fence is erected not earlier than October 15 and is removed not later than April 15.
