Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 731.231, the 2013 Ohio Residential Code for One, Two and Three Family Dwellings is hereby adopted and incorporated herein by reference for the purpose of establishing rules and regulations for the location, design, materials, construction, alteration, repair, equipment, use, occupancy, maintenance, removal and demolition of one, two and three family dwellings and appurtenant structures within the Village of Waite Hill.
