721.02 LICENSE REQUIRED; PROHIBITION AGAINST VIOLATIONS.

No person is permitted to conduct an occasional sale without first obtaining an unrevoked valid license from the Chief of Police for such purpose which may only be issued pursuant to the provisions of this chapter. No person shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter.
