(a) No person shall construct or maintain outdoor lighting on any premises in the Village in such manner as to endanger the safe use of the public streets, roads or highways therein, or whereby the glare caused by such illumination is not shielded resulting in a nuisance to the public.
(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
