521.04 SNOW REMOVAL AND DEPOSIT.

(a) No person removing or cleaning snow from any residential driveway shall deposit such snow on the roadway or on any other public or private property which is not part of the premises from which the snow was removed.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
