SECTION 7.4 BOARD OF CEMETERY TRUSTEES.

The Council may provide by ordinance for a Board of Cemetery Trustees. Members of Council or elected or appointed officials shall not be disqualified from serving as members of said Board. The Board shall have such powers and duties as may be prescribed from time to time by ordinance of Council.
