(a) Between the hours of 9:30 p.m. and 5:00 a.m., local time, no child under the age of twelve years, and between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m., local time, no child between the ages of twelve and sixteen years, and between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 5:00 a.m., local time, no child between the ages of sixteen and eighteen years shall be upon any streets, roads or parking lots unless accompanied by a parent, guardian or some responsible person over the age of twenty-one years of age, or a member of such child's family over eighteen years of age.
(b) No parent or guardian shall allow any child between the ages and the hours applicable to such child as set forth in subsection (a) hereof to be upon any streets, roads or parking lots.
(c) Whoever violates any provision of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor, except offenders under eighteen years of age shall be proceeded against as may be appropriate
under Ohio R.C. Chapter 2151.
