SECTION 6.2 APPOINTMENT AND REMOVAL.

Members of the Police Department may be appointed and promoted by the Mayor subject to confirmation by a majority of Council. Members of the Police Department may be removed as provided by Article II, Section 2.2 (a)(10) of this Charter.
