147.05 SUBSTANCE ABUSE TESTING PROCEDURES AND DISCLOSURE.

If, the Village of Waite Hill has entered into a consortium of communities to conduct the appropriate testing, the tests shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of that consortium. (Ord. 1996-4. Passed 2-12-96.)
