140.01 CREATION OF DEPARTMENT; DIRECTOR.

There is hereby created the Department of Public Service. The Director of Public Service shall act as head of the Department. The Director of Public Service shall be appointed by the Mayor, subject to the approval by a majority of Council, and shall serve at the pleasure of the Mayor. (Ord. 1995-15. Passed 6-12-95.)
