121.05 ROBERT'S RULES OF ORDER; RULE SUSPENSION.

(a) The procedures and deliberations of Council shall, except as otherwise provided by the Village Charter or Village ordinance, be governed and controlled by the provisions of Robert's Rules of Order.

(b) Any Council rule may be suspended by an affirmative vote of five Council members at any regular or special meeting.
