1329.05 APPLICATION FOR PERMIT: REQUIRED INFORMATION.
    (a)   Each application for a permit to be issued under this chapter shall be made in writing on forms to be furnished by the Planning and Zoning Commission.
   (b)    The application shall include a professionally prepared plan showing existing site conditions, including water courses, natural features, existing buildings and improvements, if any, and tree cover. The plans shall be accurately drawn to scale of not less than one inch to fifty feet and shall show all property lines of the lot, plot or parcel to which the application relates.
   (c)    Each application shall be accompanied by a site improvement plan which shall show proposed driveways, walks, grass and ground cover areas, erosion and drainage control.
   (d)    Each application shall be accompanied by a topographic survey prepared by a professional engineer or registered surveyor. The Planning and Zoning Commission may determine that further study is desirable as to soil conditions, subsurface water conditions, surface drainage, flood plain elevations, construction or other conditions and that engineering or other professional advice should be obtained. No permit shall be issued until such topographic survey and other required studies have first been approved by the Planning and Zoning Commission.
