§ 98.24 OPERATION.

The Tree Board shall choose its own officers, make its own rules and regulations, and keep a journal of its proceedings. A majority of the members shall be a quorum for the transaction of business. Copies of its minutes shall periodically be presented to the Mayor and City Council. Copies of its rules and regulations shall be on file with the City Clerk.
