§ 98.17 ABATEMENT OF NUISANCE.

The Mayor, or the Chief of Police of the city, or the Chief of Police's deputy, or the Director of Parks and Recreation, shall be responsible for the enforcement of this chapter pursuant to the abatement procedures set forth for nuisances in Chapter 94 of this code, except as hereinbefore set forth.
