(A) It is hereby declared a nuisance, pursuant to § 94.20 of this code, for a property owner to permit, allow, or maintain any dead or diseased trees within the sidewalk space of the city.
(B) It is hereby declared a nuisance, pursuant to § 94.20 of this code, for a property owner to permit, allow, or maintain any dead or diseased trees on private property within the city.
(C) It is hereby declared a nuisance, pursuant to § 94.20 of this code, for a property owner to permit the limbs or branches of any tree or trees, on the property owner's property as well as street trees and limbs on the sidewalk space that abuts the property owner's property, to extend over sidewalks less than eight feet above the surface of the sidewalk.
