(A) No person or firm shall engage in the business or occupation of cutting, pruning, or removing trees on public or private property within the city for commercial gain or profit without employing a person to supervise such work who is a licensee under this code, § 111.70. A licensed tree contractor is not required to be a certified arborist.
(B) All tree-related work in the city must be performed in accordance with all requirements of the City of Wahoo Tree Ordinance.
