§ 98.04 STREET TREES AND PARK TREES PLANTINGS; RULES AND REGULATIONS.

The Parks and Recreation Director, in cooperation with the Mayor and City Council, shall formulate rules and regulations for the planting of trees on city-owned real estate. Said rules and regulations, and any amendments thereto, shall be approved by the Mayor and City Council.
