§ 98.01  DEFINITIONS.
   For purposes of this chapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   ACT OF GOD.  A manifestation of nature so unusual and extraordinary that it could not under normal conditions have been reasonably anticipated or expected.
   PARK TREES. Trees, shrubs, bushes and all other woody vegetation in public parks and all other areas owned by the city, or to which the public has free access as a park, except for the sidewalk space areas as defined in § 95.030(B) of this code.
   STREET TREES.  Trees, shrubs, bushes and all other woody vegetation on sidewalk space as defined in § 95.030(B) of this code.
