§ 91.37  STACKING COMBUSTIBLES.
   It shall hereafter be unlawful for any person or persons, firm, or corporation to have or keep any hay, straw, stalks, excelsior, empty boxes, barrels, or other combustible materials, which are hereby designated as nuisances, scattered, stacked, or piled up or exposed, unenclosed by a building upon any street, alley, or lot within the fire limits.
