Each company shall require its employees to be courteous at all times, to work quietly and not to use loud or profane language. Each company's employees shall follow the regular walks for pedestrians while on private property, shall not trespass or loiter on private property, shall not cross property to adjoining property, and shall not meddle or tamper with property which does not or should not concern them. Each employee assigned to drive a vehicle shall, at all times, carry a valid driver's license for the type of vehicle he or she is driving. The city shall have the right to make a complaint regarding any employee of any company who violates any provision hereof or who is wanton, negligent, or discourteous in the performance of his or her duties. The city may suggest action to be taken in its complaint but it shall not be binding on said company.
