Any company that collects garbage and/or refuse from residential units, group dwelling units, and/or commercial units may provide hereunder a system for the collection of the following items for recycling purposes:
(A) Newspaper;
(B) Corrugated cardboard, pasteboard:
(C) Steel;
(D) Copper and brass;
(E) Scrap tin;
(F) Appliances;
(G) Aluminum scrap, including aluminum cans;
(H) Yard waste;
(I) Unregulated hazardous waste, except household hazardous waste, which are exempt from the regulations under the Environmental Protection Act;
(J) Discarded tires;
(K) Waste oil;
(L) Lead-acid batteries;
(M) Bulky waste.
