§ 50.09 CONTAINERS OR RECEPTACLES FOR CITY USE.

The city shall furnish containers or receptacles for its own solid waste, or any portion thereof. In addition thereto, any company may provide one or more containers for solid waste for the city. Each container so furnished shall have thereon the name and telephone number of the company furnishing said container.
