§ 50.08 GROUP DWELLING AND COMMERCIAL UNITS.
   (A)   The owner, agent, or manager having charge of a group dwelling unit and/or commercial unit shall furnish the same with containers or receptacles for solid waste for the purpose of receiving such wastes from their place of business. Such receptacles or containers shall comply with all the specifications set forth in § 50.07.
   (B)   If the group dwelling unit and/or commercial unit disposes of infectious solid waste materials, the waste receptacle shall be provided with a locking assembly so as to maintain controlled access to the container for depositing and removing the infectious solid waste.
   (C)   Solid waste accumulated by a group dwelling unit and/or commercial unit shall be removed from the group dwelling unit and/or commercial unit's premises at intervals necessary to maintain proper sanitary conditions but not less than once a week.
   (D)   Any company may provide one or more containers for solid waste for its group dwelling unit and/or commercial unit and/or industrial unit customers. Each container so furnished shall have thereon the name and telephone number of the company furnishing said container.
